Mohammad Al-Rakou’i (1950 – Gaza) is a Palestinian painter whose art blends heritage, memory, and resistance. He spent 13 years in Israeli prisons, where he continued to create using simple materials. After his release, he settled in Damascus, founded the Galilee Center for Palestinian Arts, and exhibited his works worldwide. His paintings carry symbols of home — women in traditional dress, olive trees, and doves — turning them into a visual archive of Palestine.

محمد الركوعي (1950 – غزة) فنان فلسطيني يجمع في لوحاته بين التراث والذاكرة والصمود. قضى 13 عامًا في سجون الاحتلال ورسم هناك باستخدام أدوات بدائية. بعد الإفراج عنه استقر في دمشق وأسس مركز الجليل للفنون اليدوية الفلسطينية وشارك في معارض حول العالم. تحمل أعماله رموز الوطن مثل المرأة بالزي التراثي وشجرة الزيتون والحمامة، لتصبح أرشيفًا بصريًا لفلسطين.
